AGRITURISMO “AI TIGLI” RULES AND CONDITIONS:

Guests are invited to carefully observe the following rules, in order to allow a pleasant stay for others and for themselves:

  1. On the day of arrival, rooms will be available for check-in from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., except in special cases to be reported during booking.
  2. On the day of departure, rooms must be strictly vacated not later than 10:00 a.m. After that hour we will be forced, against our will, to consider the room occupied for an additional day to pay.
  3. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than seven days before arrival, the deposit will not be returned.
  4. The parking area inside the property is uncovered and unattended. The Management is not responsible for any damage or theft caused to the cars in the mentioned area.
  5. On arrival, guests will have to show an identity document that will be returned after registration in the gust book.
  6. In the event that electricity or water supply is suspended by operators (Enel and Veritas) or due to force majeure, the Management declines all responsibility and is not obliged to refunding.
  7. It is mandatory to respect the vegetation, the ground, the hygiene and the cleanliness of the structure; any damage will be charged to those who cause them.
  8. All guests are required to respect the silence time from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 11:30 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
  9. It is not allowed to play ball games.
  10. It is not allowed to listen to the radio in common areas and/or open to the public unless exclusively through the appropriate earphones.
  11. It is forbidden to use clogs, radios or other high-volume equipment and any other objects that can bother.
  12. The internal car parking area is reserved only for the guests of the farmhouse.
  13. It is strictly forbidden to light any stove inside the structure.
  14. It is forbidden to use the toilet as a garbage dump, it is advisable to use present trash bins.
  15. We recommend a rational use of water and electricity (turn off the taps, turn off the lights and other appliances when not on use).
  16. Any damage to the farmhouse caused by customers or their guests will be charged to the persons responsible for the damage.
  17. The management declines all responsibility for any injuries to minors, who must be accompanied by their parents and/or carers.
  18. The time for breakfast to be respected is from 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
  19. The management is not responsible for theft, loss or damage to valuables and object left unattended.
  20. Bed linen are changed once a week, towels not earlier than four days. On request, it is possible to have an additional change with a surcharge.
  21. Rooms are tidied every morning from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Room cleaning will not be guaranteed to anyone wishing to rest after this time.
  22. At the end of the stay the room must be locked and the key handed to the Management unless further agreement taken.
